I’m not sure who coined the term – it seems like Matthew Hussey made up this version of the word since the urban dictionary versions seem a bit different – however, I like the little neologism of puzzle pieces. Its sly inferences make it the perfect word for what it is. Like an innuendo that isn’t as dirty as you expect that becomes a kind of inside joke.
